Thai Chi with Jeff Vik

Jeff has been teaching Classical Yang Style T’ai Chi Chuan for over 26 years

This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday. Please wear comfortable clothing. Traditionally shoes are not worn during t’ai chi, socks are required.
